Simply choose your favorite Ruby & Me styles, select the size and color where available, add them to your cart, and complete checkout securely. Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email with your purchase details.

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible through our contact page. We will do our best to help before your order begins processing, but changes may not be possible once the order has moved forward.

Yes. After placing your order, you should receive a confirmation email. Please check your spam or junk folder if you do not see it in your inbox.

Orders are generally processed and dispatched within 1 to 5 working days, sometimes sooner. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a dispatch email with the available shipping details.

We have a 10 day return policy. If 10 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging with any tags still attached, where applicable.

To start a return, please contact us through our contact page. If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return may not be accepted.

Unfortunately, sale items and gift cards cannot be returned.
